Fiduciary Obligation: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will reliably apply due diligence and will not engage in activity against the best interests of our client or property.
Disclosure: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information without consent, unless required by law or regulations.
Accounting: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. maintains financial records for each property managed for 7 years on active accounts and 3 years on inactive accounts. Ramona Property Managers, Inc. provides regular reports for each property managed.
Protection of Funds: All income is deposited in a trust account with a qualified
financial institution and kept separate from other clients to prevent co-
Contract: Contracts between Ramona Property Managers, Inc. and owners will be in clear and understandable terms.
Managing the Property: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will not conceal material facts concerning the property.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will conduct business in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
