To achieve these goals Ramona Property Managers, Inc. promises the following:
Fiduciary Obligation to Client: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will reliably apply due diligence to the interests of the real estate investors or rental property owners and will not engage in any activity construed as contrary to the best interests of the client or property. Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will not represent interests conflicting with those of the client unless the real estate investor, real estate investor network, or individual property owner is first notified.
Disclosure: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will not disclose to a third party any confidential or proprietary information concerning the investment property, real estate investment, real estate investor network, or individual rental property owner business or personal affairs without consent, unless such disclosure is required or compelled by law or regulations.
Accounting and Reporting: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will keep and maintain accurate financial and business records concerning each property managed, which records are available for inspection. Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will provide to the real estate investor, real estate investment group, or individual rental property owner regular reports concerning the client's properties.
Protection of Funds: All income is deposited in a trust account with a qualified financial institution and kept separate from other clients to prevent co-mingling and/or conversion of funds.
Contract: Any written contract between Ramona Property Managers, Inc. and a real estate investor, real estate investment group, or individual rental property owner will be in clear and understandable terms, and set forth specific terms of property management.
Managing the Property of the Client: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will not exaggerate, misrepresent or conceal material facts concerning the client's property or any related transaction. Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will exercise due diligence in the maintenance and management of the client's property and shall make all reasonable efforts to protect against reasonably expected contingencies and losses.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will conduct business and personal activities with knowledge of and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and shall maintain the highest moral and ethical standards.
Equal Opportunity: Ramona Property Managers, Inc. is proud to provide our property management services in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law, and if any real estate investor, real estate investment group, or individual rental property owner requests Ramona Property Managers, Inc. to yield to changes or pressures us to act in a way not in compliance with equal housing opportunities, Ramona Property Managers, Inc will terminate the relationship immediately.
